Super precision machine

This batch of bearing grinding machine is customized by a large company in Beijing in our factory. Strong rigidity, high precision and double work position help finish rough lapping and lapping at once. For bearings with particularly high precision requirements, one for rough lapping and the other for lapping (replaced by lapping oil stone). After lapping, workpieces with more than five prongs' roundness 2-500 can change about 40%. Roughness is 0.3 before and 0.03 after. Pendulum head for lapping has infinitely variable speed, no linkage servo direct-drive oscillation mechanism, oscillation frequency is more than 1200 times. The oil stone has two kinds: automatic and fixed. First choice for high requirement of bearing channel and raceway. The oil stone compensates pressure differently in rough lapping and lapping. High-precision thermostatic filtration system with good ultra-fine effect. Workpiece speed and oscillating head frequency can be adjusted through the human-machine interface, the system automatically switches speeds between lapping and rough lapping. System is self-diagnostic, when the fault occurs, it will stop and have a text alarm. Add materials to run again. Must use special lapping oils and oil stones. Pre-set outside, simple adjustment, easy replacement, no scratches inside and outside.
